High Reliability System Semiconductor Laboratory

The High Reliability System Semiconductor Laboratory focuses on the research about the VLSI/SoC design issues and architecture challenges for intelligent, biomedical, automotive and mobile systems. Our research interests lie primarily in the area of VLSI/SoC testing, IC reliability and hardware security. We are currently looking for highly motivated M.S./Ph.D. students and undergraduate researchers. 본 연구실은 VLSI 및 SoC를 위한 컴퓨터 이용 설계 핵심기술과 테스트 용이화 설계, 보안 설계 등 다양한 시스템 반도체 응용 설계 기술에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 또한, 고신뢰성이 요구되는 지능형 시스템, 바이오·의료공학, 자동차, 모바일 등의 분야에서 사용 가능한 시스템 반도체의 신뢰성 향상 설계 기술을 연구하고 있다. 현재, 고신뢰성 시스템 반도체 연구실에서는 대학원생과 학부 연구원을 모집하고 있습니다. 본 연구에 관심이 있는 학생들은 이영우 교수 이메일 (ylee@jnu.ac.kr) 또는 전화 (062-530-1806)를 통한 약속 후 면담을 진행하시길 바랍니다.
