High Reliability System Semiconductor Laboratory
The High Reliability System Semiconductor Laboratory focuses on the research about the VLSI/SoC design issues and architecture challenges for intelligent, biomedical, automotive and mobile systems. Our research interests lie primarily in the area of VLSI/SoC testing, IC reliability and H/W security.
본 연구실은 VLSI (very large scale integration) 및 SoC (system-on-chip) 를 위한 컴퓨터 이용 설계 (computer-aided design) 핵심기술과 테스트 용이화 설계 (design-for-testability), 보안 설계 (design-for-security) 등 다양한 시스템 반도체 응용 설계 기술에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 또한, 고신뢰성이 요구되는 지능형 시스템, 바이오·의료공학, 자동차, 모바일 등의 분야에서 사용 가능한 시스템 반도체의 신뢰성 향상 설계 (design-for-reliability) 기술을 연구하고 있다.
